Are you like me? Generally, I am not interested in the technical details of how a computer works or how a network is configured until something goes wrong. While I have a basic understanding of things like routers, LAN networks, and WI-FI, I really like the practical application of computers and technology. That's the fun part.
I designed this Prezi to help people like me learn a little more about the IT side of things. My intended audience is the school faculty to help them gain a better idea of how their school’s network is designed and how it affects them. It will be most effective if the presenter adds his/her own voice-over throughout the presentation.
Take a look -- you just might learn something. In the meantime, be nice to your IT/Tech support team. It takes a lot to keep things running!
